FUNDRAISING CAR WASH

We arranged the Summer car wash at Petro Canada at Tillicum and Craigflower August 20,2011.Our thanks to Petro Canada for their support. We should use their services to show community support for thier help in raising awareness !! It was a great heart warming experience to see the effort again made by people that care. We had so many mention that they shared the need for education and the hope for recovery that can be had! Special thanks to those that travelled to Victoria that were there to wash cars as well as those that did so much to bring awareness to our fund raising car wash. From holding signs on the street,looking after the tables ,cooking hot dogs,keeping the pop cool,greeting our supporters with a smile, it is you that makes it all happen.. We are so thankfull for you giving up your time and efforts as we know it is given in the spirit of Love and caring. We also appreciate the evening some of you could share with us. The time , music and the singing makes a nice memory for August 2011!! Thank you so much..

Foundation hosted a sucessfull car wash April 16, 2011.at Rona Langford(across from Super Store)starting at 10AM. until 4 p.m.

There was a prize draw held by Rona for the donated barbecue , and T shirts were offered for sale as well as hot dogs and beverages .

Funds raised will be used to fund the 3rd Annual Look Beyond Addiction Awareness Walk.We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who were so kind to offer a helping hand, even though the weather was very windy and cold. No rain though!We are planning another car wash in the fall. We are very excited to meet you there, please join us!!

* We participated in the Victoria May 23 rd 2011 parade!!
